1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing or using Orvyx VPN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Orvyx VPN service
Orvyx VPN provides access to virtual private network functionality and related features. Available locations, features, protocols and performance may change over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your use of Orvyx VPN and for complying with applicable law. Where the service provides an account or account identifier, you must not intentionally misuse, transfer or interfere with another user's access.
4. Subscriptions, trials and purchases
Certain Orvyx VPN features may require a paid subscription. Purchases made through Apple's App Store are billed and managed by Apple and are subject to the terms shown to you at the time of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, eligibility, duration and conversion to a paid subscription will be shown through the App Store purchase flow. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Orvyx VPN to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
- distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access or interfere with networks or systems;
- send unlawful spam or engage in fraud or abusive activity;
- resell, reverse engineer or improperly exploit the service except where law expressly permits it; or
- attempt to bypass service limits, security controls or subscription requirements.
6. Service availability and performance
VPN performance depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, network conditions, server availability and the services you access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular speed, access to a particular location or compatibility with every website or service.
7. Intellectual property
Orvyx VPN, its branding, software, website content and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Orvyx VPN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that Orvyx VPN will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for every purpose.
A VPN can improve privacy and security in certain circumstances, but it does not make a device or user completely anonymous or immune from all online risks.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orvyx VPN and its operators, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using Orvyx VPN at any time.
11. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may modify the service and may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
